Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy All appointments, treatments, and services must be paid for in full at the time of booking. Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been received. Cancellation & Refund Policy If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with 24 hours or more notice are eligible for either: A full refund, or transfer of the payment to a new appointment date. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund or transfer of payment. Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in the full payment being retained and no refund or transfer being offered. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these payment and cancellation terms.
